User Agreement for Subscriber / Licensee

The Subscription / License is subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction for redressal of any dispute. Terms and Conditions for Subscriber / Licensee / End User /Authorised person shall be governed by Indian law only.

1. The website www.lawtodaylive.com is owned and operated by M/s Law Today Live
2. That M/s Law Today Live reserves the copyrights of whole data / material available on www.lawtodaylive.com in the present form.
3. That M/s Law Today Live reserves the right to suspend/ cancel the using rights any time.
4. That all GST / Taxes / Duties are to be borne by the Licensee.
5. That subsequent modification in Subscription plan or discount offered will not be applicable already Subscriber/ Licensee.
6. That the Subscriber can only use the www.lawtodaylive.com site as single user at a time on one Computer / Laptop / Mobile or any other electronic gazette and he is not authorised to give sub-license.
7. That the Licence/Subscription is for only limited usage i.e. academic, educational research with the specific understanding that the Licensee will cross check the material before relying upon it, with the certified copy of the same after himself/herself obtaining it from the competent court of law/authority etc.
8. That though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and concurrency of the content on this website, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes. User is advised to take appropriate professional advice.
9. That M/s Law Today Live also reserves the right to cancel the licence on account of misuse / violation of terms and condition of usage without prior notice and the Licensee will only have the right to claim at the maximum subscription amount paid by him for the period left for license on pro-rata basis for the left-out period.
13. That M/s Law Today Live is only giving limited usage license for the period the Licensee subscribes, however after expiry of License period, he/she has no right to access the data until and unless he/ she takes license in this regard after expiry of license.
14. That information through SMS / WhatsApp Service / E-mail if any is for information only. Although all efforts have been made to ensure accuracy and correctness of the contents sent through SMS, possibility of some errors and omissions cannot be ruled out. Recipients of these messages are requested to cross check the information with the concerned Authorities. Under no circumstances will M/s Law Today Live be liable for any expense, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this message service.

19. That the rights which are not expressly granted here are reserved with the M/s Law Today Live.

That by becoming registered member and making of payment, the subscriber/Visitor would only have Username and password, which can be generated through his/her e-mail/Mobile for searching and downloading the case law during validity period. It is made clear that no physical material/ documents will be delivered to the you.
