Acquittal of accused -- Cheque amount i.e. Rs.2,30,000/- has already been paid to complainant -- Complainant has admitted the said fact -- There remains no dispute between the parties, High Court is left with no other option but to allow the petition -- Orders of conviction and sentence passed by the both the Courts below are set-aside -- Petitioners have been acquitted of the charge framed against them.
